The Saiyans themselves are usually born from the planet Vegeta. But Cabba, Caulifla, and Kale are from different planets, namely a planet called Sadala. By growing up on a planet with a different environment and gravity, it can make the Saiyan of the planet Sadala stronger. Dragon Ball creator Akira Toriyama has confirmed that the environment on Earth helped Goten and Trunks become Super Saiyans in their early life, so it makes sense for a Saiyan who hails from the planet Sadala in Universe 6.
There is also an interesting fact that the Saiyan from Universe 6 found a shortcut to being able to transform into a Super Saiyan that was previously unknown to the Z-Warriors. Cabba found a way to maximize the energy distribution in his body, so he could easily transform into a Super Saiyan. This trick helps Caulifla become a Super Saiyan without having to go through all the grueling training that Goku and Vegeta went through in the past. Thanks to the extra advantages of the Saiyans from Universe 6, they were able to achieve impressive feats.
