The latest episode of the anime series Boruto: Naruto Next Generations features the first appearance of the “Berserk Moder” from Boruto. In this episode, we saw how Team 7 began to fight against one of the Inner Kara members, Boro, in order to find Naruto's whereabouts. As expected, Boro is not a random figure who can be defeated easily.

A purplish-blue aura then appeared and enveloped Boruto's body. This transformation suddenly appeared when Boro was about to destroy Boruto. And seeing what happened, the fans had to prepare for the worst case scenario. We can see in the eye that looks very different. And everything has nothing to do with Jougan.
Likewise with the Byakugan, is not the cause of the change. If you look closely, the new eyes belong to Momoshiki. It seems the mark of the Karma seal bears a resemblance to how Naruto and Kurama are connected. If then Boruto can't control that mighty power, something bad could happen.
