Goku and the Z Fighters have faced the most powerful foe, and greatest antagonist ever introduced in the animated series Dragon Ball: Super. The last challenge that must be faced by Goku and all Z Fighters in the Tournament of Power is Jiren. Jiren is a fighter who hails from Universe 11, and has fighting abilities that can even be matched with the gods.
In addition to the anime, Dragon Ball: Super also released a feature film, Dragon ball Super: Broly, which introduced its fans to a character named Broly. Broly himself is actually a villain from a non-canon Dragon Ball story. This legendary Saiyan figure is shown to have even more power than before.
Both are strong, then who between Jiren and Broly will win if they fight? Jiren and Broly were both defeated by Goku and they promised to fight Goku again, after they had trained and were much stronger. With Broly able to fight tightly with Gogeta in Super Saiyan Blue form, there's no doubt that he'll be a tough opponent for Jiren.

One thing to keep in mind is that when fighting against Jiren, Goku was forced to exceed the limits of his physical strength which finally made Goku have to activate his Ultra Instinct mode. As we know, Ultra Inctinct is Goku's strongest form so far. Broly is a tough opponent for Goku, even he needs another character to defeat Broly. However, Broly never forced Goku to activate Ultra Instinct.
This can be interpreted if Jiren becomes a challenging opponent for Goku. But, on the other hand, Broly's Super Saiyan might make Goku unable to use his strongest form. Broly has a good adaptation, where he will continue to get stronger when fighting. This means that Jiren must have been serious from the start of the fight, so that Broly can't grow and be much stronger.
In terms of strength and fighting ability, Jiren can be compared to the gods of destruction in the story. As for Broly, in the film it is shown that he is not even able to hit Whis who has a form similar to Ultra Instinct. Broly, like the other Saiyans, is affected by anger which makes him stronger when he gets angry.

If you look at Goku, maybe with Broly angry and his increased ability, can overwhelm Jiren. If in a normal fight (without the strongest form and so on), maybe Jiren has more advantages. Broly and Jiren are two of Goku's enemies who both make Goku overwhelmed. Even their power had made Beerus uncomfortable.
However, the conclusion from this was that if the two fought then Jiren would likely have a greater chance of winning. Jiren has more of an interesting background, such as training that is kept, and is always serious and always trains strictly. In contrast to Broly who tends to be out of control, and still needs to be honed his skills.
One important condition that Jiren has to do to win this fight is to be serious and finish off Broly from the start. Never let Broly thrive in the fight.
