In the Dragon Ball Z story, Frieza is shown to have no offspring or children. However, we certainly know that the Dragon Ball franchise is a big franchise. After the story in the Dragon Ball GT series closed the constant story of Goku and his friends and before Dragon Ball Super revived Frieza to fight Goku again, there was a non-canon series released namely Neko Majin Z.
In the first chapter of the series, Neko Majin Z must fight against a Saiyan named Lord Onio. In the second chapter, Lord Onio then reappears with Kuriza, who, according to Onio, is the most powerful being in the universe. Kuriza is the son of Frieza and the grandson of King Cold. Since appearing in non-canon manga, Kuriza has started appearing in many other mediums, including video games. Then, who is Kuriza, and why does she have to be a canon character?

Who is Kuriza?
In the story of Neko Majin Z, Kuriza came to Earth to fight against Neko. Unfortunately, Akira Toriyama didn't show the true power of Kuriza because the manga was already finished. Kuriza's figure is then shown playing with Neko afterwards, then fighting off-screen when facing new enemies – like Vegeta.
Just like the rest of her family, Kuriza herself is actually a pun. However, Kuriza's name was not adapted from a word play on refrigerator or cooler, but a pun on food, namely chestnuts. This can be seen from the unique shape of the head. Kuriza herself has tremendous power, just like Frieza.
However, he is not as evil as Frieza. He also tends to be childish and not cruel. Even though he enjoyed fighting Neko, he never seemed interested in killing him. He prefers to invite her to play.
Kuriza in Video Games
Although not a canon character, Kuriza has appeared in two Dragon Ball video games. First, he appears in the game Dragon Ball Z: Budokai 2. He appears exclusively in the Japanese version only, and is shown as an alternative costume for Frieza. Kuriza then reappears in Dragon Ball Heroes, in her first and last form.

Kuriza himself then appears for a mission in the game Super Dragon Ball Heroes: World Mission, where the mission sees Frieza and King Cold fighting Trunks. In the game, players will also face the Frieza clan. Kuriza herself appears to protect her father. Other clan members also appeared.
In the World Mission game we start to know a lot about Kuriza. Even though he is Frieza's son, Kuriza is actually closer to his uncle, Cooler. Kuriza himself always tries to prove that he is also a very strong figure of the Frieza clan, although then he is actually not too terrible compared to the other Frieza clan.
Why Should Kuriza Be a Part of Canon Dragon Ball?
The figure of Kuriza may not fit the canon story in this modern era, before there is a change in him. However, Kuriza is one of the unique features of the Frieza clan. He's not an evil leader like Frieza or King Cold, or a ruthless fighter like Cooler. He was a child who grew up in an evil environment, and despite his efforts, he still couldn't be as bad as his father.
That difference makes Kuriza a unique character, especially if we look at her character in the Super Dragon Ball Heroes game series. Kuriza is not from the canon story, but maybe we can emulate the success of Broly where in the beginning Broly is also a non-canon character who is now successful in the canon Dragon Ball story.
