1. There are two castes in the original Otsutsuki clan namely upper caste and lower caste
The original Otsutsuki who were sent to plant and harvest Chakra Fruits from the Chakra Trees on the various planets were twofold.
The two of them are not arbitrary, they are an Otsutsuki couple who were chosen based on the upper caste and lower caste.
Isshiki and Kaguya are two examples of upper caste (Isshiki) and low caste (Kaguya), while the Momoshiki and Kinshiki cases have not been confirmed, but it appears that Momoshiki is more powerful.

2. Low caste Otsutsuki are used as sacrifices for Juubi, while upper caste Otsutsuki harvest and eat Chakra Fruits
Primarily the Otsutsuki clan will strengthen their bodies and make them technically immortal by consuming energy equivalent to the life of one planet called Chakra Fruits.
This Chakra Fruit grows from the Chakra Tree which is known later that the Juubi or the Ten Tails is the seed of the Chakra Tree.
But the Juubi will not become a tree unless he eats the sacrifice of an Otsutsuki, which in practice is always a low-caste Otsutsuki who is sacrificed, in simple terms the low-caste Otsutsuki's mission is to do anything and be ready to die for the upper caste.
Meanwhile the upper caste Otsutsuki will harvest the Chakra Fruit and have the right to eat it so that he becomes stronger.

3. The main task of the lower caste Otsutsuki is to serve and obey the upper castes
As explained in the previous point, the final task of the lower caste Otsutsuki is to become a sacrifice for the upper caste.
But in his lifetime, at least what is known today is that the low caste Otsutsuki served and accompanied the upper caste.

4. For Otsutsuki's sacrifice, it turns out that humans with Karma can also be victims
Actually, high-class or low-class Otsutsuki can both become Juubi's victims, it's just that the hierarchy of the Otsutsuki clan clearly makes the lower caste the victim.
But it was revealed from Isshiki's plan that the humans who became the container of Karma could also be used as Juubi's sacrifices!

5. It is not known how Otsutsuki can enter the upper caste and low caste categories
It has not been revealed how an Otsutsuki can belong to the upper caste and the low caste, how to remember Kinshiki is Momoshiki's adoptive father but Momoshiki's caste looks higher.
