There are at least three One Piece characters who are victims of Shanks' group. Some lost their careers, lost their men, and lost their hands.

1. Higuma's men were beaten by Benn Beckman, one was even shot in the head by Lucky Roux
Higuma the mountain bandit unknowingly causes trouble with a very dangerous pirate.
Shanks wasn't a Yonko then. However, even before going to Foosha, Shanks was able to fight in a balanced manner with Mihawk. So from the start, Higuma was really desperate to try to figure things out.
The climax was when Higuma hurt Luffy. One of Higuma's men was killed by Lucky Roux. Then the rest were defeated by Benn Beckman alone, relying only on rifles. Even then the rifle was not shown shot. Beckman just swung it like a bat.
Higuma was able to escape from Shanks' group, but was later eaten by a sea monster.

2. Who's-Who's life falls apart because the Gomu Gomu Fruit is stolen by Shanks group
Who's-Who was a CP9 agent. Then his career was destroyed after the Gomu Gomu Fruit he protected was stolen by Shanks' group.
It was confirmed by Who's-Who himself that the one who stole the Gomu Gomu Fruit was indeed Shanks' group, and he hated Shanks because of that.

3. Eustass Kid lost an arm dealing with Shanks

The cause? According to Kid himself, he lost an arm from dealing with Shanks' group.
Even initially Kid wanted to target Shanks' group. But the plan was shattered after Kaido attacked him instead.
