For a Saiyan, transforming into a Super Saiyan is something that is not impossible. Super Saiyan is the pinnacle of strength of a Saiyan, where they will put all their ability to become much stronger and will help them defeat their strongest enemy. In the Dragon Ball franchise itself, Super Saiyan first appears when Goku watches Krillin die at the hands of Frieza.
Since then, many of the Saiyan characters have shown their ability to get Super Saiyan form. 1. Super Saiyan 3 Gohan
One of the strangest transformations introduced in the Dragon Ball Z series is the Mystic form, which Gohan performs after Elder Kai awakens his inner abilities. Although Gohan presents an extraordinary aura and his physical abilities increase to the level of Super Saiyan 3, Gohan's physical appearance, especially the hair part, has not changed at all.
It's still black in color, as opposed to gold like the Super Saiyan transformation. By using Mystic Saiyan, Gohan is able to match his father's Super Saiyan Blue power.
Based on this, many fans believe that Gohan is able to transform into Super Saiyan 3. However, if this is done then Gohan's ability will be slightly reduced. Even so, it would certainly be interesting if Gohan would be able to access the transformation regardless of the amount of energy he had to expend.

2. Golden Cell
As a creature created from the DNA of the best fighters in the universe, Cell is capable of extraordinary actions. He is also even able to perform transformations like the Saiyans, because there is indeed a Saiyan genetic element in his body. This is evidenced by Cell accessing Super Saiyan 2 when he returns to fight against Gohan.
However, Cell's own secret ability emerges after he trains with Frieza. 3. Super Saiyan Blue 2
Although Super Saiyan God's transformation is much more powerful than Super Saiyan 3, Goku and Vegeta then develop a new transformation after they train under the supervision of Whis and Beerus in Dragon Ball Super, Super Saiyan Blue. This transformation is described as a combination of the power of the Super Saiyan and the energy of the Super Saiyan God. The result is an extraordinary transformation.
Based on this, the fans themselves are actually curious what will happen if they stream Super Saiyan 2 to Super Saiyan Blue. They believe that a new transformation, namely Super Saiyan Blue 2, may be realized and can be practiced by Goku and Vegeta. 4. Super Saiyan Blue Trunks
In the Super Dragon Ball Heroes series, it is explained that the alternative version of Future Trunks in collaboration with Time Patrol has a special ability, namely he is able to transform into a Super Saiyan God. This of course makes Time Patrol Trunks even more powerful in terms of the power he has.
Future Trunks itself is the second character from the entire Dragon Ball franchise to be able to transform into a Super Saiyan, making all Z-Fighters surprised by his appearance. Based on this, fans believe that Time Patrol Trunks can transform into Super Saiyan Blue after he has mastered the Super Saiyan God transformation. With the Dragon Ball Super series confirming that Future Trunks can transform into Super Saiyan 2, it means that in theory Time Patrol Trunks can transform into Super Saiyan Blue 2.

5. Ultra Instict Gogeta
Gogeta is one of the strongest fighters in the entire Dragon Ball series, whose appearance finally became canon after appearing in the film Dragon Ball Super: Broly. Previously the figure of Gogeta was already in the franchise, but not yet part of the canon story. Gogeta himself was present through the Fusion Dance performed by Goku and Vegeta.
Both managed to master the Super Saiyan Blue transformation, but only Goku managed to master the Ultra Instinct technique. Vegeta himself is known to be unable to access this ability, because according to Whis Vegeta is too emotional and arrogant. However, with Gogeta being a hybrid of Goku and Vegeta, and Goku having the dominating power, in theory Gogeta could have accessed Goku's full power. And so, Gogeta will be able to access Ultra Instinct.
